Dark chocolate, vanilla and raspberry on a cocoa sponge.

Our signature cake and the heart of the story on our homepage. A cocoa sponge baked in our workshop, a raspberry layer cooked with little sugar, a light real-vanilla cream and a Belgian dark chocolate ganache. Finished with fresh raspberries and chocolate shards.

Ingredients
Belgian dark chocolate, whipping cream, raspberries, bourbon vanilla, eggs, butter, flour, cocoa, sugar, roasted hazelnut.

Gluten, eggs, milk, hazelnut. May contain traces of other nuts.
