About Nana

A small workshop with a great eye for detail.

Nana was born from a simple idea: a cake should taste as if it was made just for you. That is why everything in our Knjaževac workshop starts from scratch — we bake our own sponges, cook creams slowly and choose fruit when it is at its best.

We do not make hundreds of identical cakes. We make fewer, but with more care. Every layer is assembled by hand, every decoration is placed one by one, and no cake leaves the workshop until it looks the way we would want it on our own table.

We love the classic recipes we remember from childhood, but we make them in a more modern way — with less sugar, more freshness and ingredients we trust: real butter, Belgian chocolate and local fruit.
